留学生を採用する場合、踏むべきステップは「面接」「内定」「雇用」など、一般的には日本人と同じです

しかし、留学生ならではのチェックポイントも当然ある

 「資格外活動許可」の有無を口頭で確認

応募してきた留学生が「資格外活動許可」を持っていない場合は、契約時までの取得が必須条件。早いうちに確認しておくのがベストです

When the foreign student who applied does not have “activity permission out of the qualification”; the acquisition until a contract is a necessary condition. What I confirm while it is early is the best
