警備員の指導及び教育に関する制度の概要
第21条
教育の責務
警備員教育には「基本教育」、「業務別教育」、「必要に応じて行う警備業務に関する知識、技能の向上のための教育」
新任教育
基本教育１５時間以上、業務別教育１５時間以上の計３０時間以上の教育が必要とされる
現任教育
前期（４月1日から９月３０日）
後期（１０月１日から翌年の３月３１日）
基本教育３時間以上、業務別教育５時間以上の計８時間以上
検定、指導教育責任者資格保有状況にあって教育時間の減免措置が定められている

Responsibility of education
The security guard training “basic education”, “job-specific education”, “Knowledge of security services to be performed, if necessary, education for improving the skills”
New education
Basic education 15 hours or more, is required work-specific education 15 hours or more for a total of 30 hours or more of education
Service training
The previous fiscal year (April 1 to September 30)
Late (March 31 of the following year from October 1)
Basic education more than three hours, a total of 8 hours or more of above-business education 5 hours
Test, exemption of the matching education time to mentoring responsibility
