雑踏警備で注意を要するのは人々への広報である

どんな場合も細心の言葉遣いが求められる

私も経験があるが

 

マラソン大会での歩道幅がせまい

歩道橋での立ち止り、観戦禁止の広報である

初老の男性が立ち止り欄干にもたれかかり選手を撮影し始めた

 

“すみません。ここは立ち止り、撮影禁止の場所となります”と言った瞬間

“君は憲法を知っているか、どこに立ち止ろうと自由だ”

“責任者を呼べ”と怒鳴り散らす

 

通行人も振り返りながら警備員の私をみる

ただ申し訳ありませんと幾度となく言葉を発する

 

それしかないのである、警察官とちがい強制力はない

１０分ぐらいして“なんで警備員なんかしているのかなあ”といって階段を下りていった

 

何か社会に不満がある人は人から注意を受けると頭にくる

とくに男の老人は頑固で非常にアナウンスを聴かない

 

これも経験である

現場で怒りを納める智慧が要求されるのである

その呼吸というか肌感覚というもの現場で学ぶのである

 

警備目的とは

  1. 第三者及び観客を競技選手から隔離し、競技選手の安全確保を行い大会の円滑遂行を目的とする
  2. 会場・走路周辺の円滑な交通の確保と適切な案内・広報を実施し、無用な混乱を防ぎ近隣住民の苦情を防止する
  3. 大会開催の時間及び交通規制予定時間帯等の把握をおこない親切・丁寧な対応を心がける

 

雑踏警備は人間愛、慈悲、生きとし生きるものへの愛

あらゆる愛が警備員自身の心にあれば自然と収まっていくものと確信する

警備員は現場を通じて、より成長していく、その真面目さ、努力が求められる

 

Good wisdom is required by the crowd guard

It is public information to people to need attention by the crowd guard

Scrupulous language is demanded under any circumstance

I have experience

The sidewalk width in the marathon meet is narrow

While the passerby looks back, I look after me of the guard

I’m sorry, I only issue words without several degrees

Only it is different from the police officer whom there is not, and there is not the compelling force

I did it for around ten minutes, and it was said “why does a guard do it?” and went down the stairs

When the person who is dissatisfied with some society is warned from a person, I get mad

The old man of the man in particular does not hear an announcement with stubbornness very much

This is experience, too

Wisdom to gain anger is required on the site

I learn whether you say the breathing in the what’s called skin sense spot

With the guard purpose

(1) I isolate a third party and the audience from a competition player and ensure the security of the competition player

It is aimed for the smooth accomplishment of the meeting

(2) I carry out securing of smooth traffic around the meeting place, the course and appropriate guidance, public information and am useless

I prevent confusion and prevent the complaint of neighborhood inhabitants

(3) I grasp time for meeting holding and the traffic regulation planned time, and a kindness is careful

I keep correspondence in mind

The crowd guard is love to the humanity, mercy, vigor and the thing which does it, and lives

I am convinced that I am satisfied with nature if a heart of the guard includes every love

The seriousness, effort that the guard grows up more through the spot are demanded
